I just started up with New Image Dental and their service is stellar. All of the employees are very friendly. From the front desk all the way to Dr Strommer, I've really been impressed. I recently came in for a crown and was surprised all the new technology this office has. They actually make the crown right there while you're waiting in 15 minutes. Most other offices you need to get a fake crown in and wait weeks and come back. New image dental has all the latest technologies out there. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Great professional work!
I did my dental services with Scott and Leslie last year and continuing this year, all I can say is that it is an amazing professional work. The staff are friendly and listen to my concerns. I had a silver filling from another dentist back in 2007 which fell off one day as I brushed my teeth and they refilled it for me this month. Now I have put their faclity as my family provider of dental services. I would recommend them to who ever want dental servces. - ojoki

My hygentist did a wonderful job. She was so careful when cleaning all my sensitive teeth. She was very personable and educated me with current treatments for sensitivity. In fact,after discussing options she took time to apply the floride treatment to several teeth. I appreciated the fact I did not have to return to the office to have this procedure done. Consistently Above and Beyond
I have been a patient at New Image Dental for 2.5 years and they still continue to exceed my expectations. So much so, in fact, that I refer to my apts at New Image as 'dates at the Dentist'. This comes in the form of: friendly greetings from the front office staff, comfortable office setting (TVs in the ceiling), the latest in dental technology & procedures and every effort to make me feel at ease as a patient. My very first visit, Dr. Scott and one of his assistants sat down with me, and asked what concerns I had or special needs. I've never seen that in any other office. Appointments have always been on time. Dr Scott is more than just a Dentist he is an artist. He is very concerned that you are happy with the final outcome. All of his staff are fabulous. Work that is needed is explained with all the various options you have, and they encourage question. If you have any anxiety about seeing a dentist or even if you don't, I couldn't recommend a "team/office" more than Dr. Scott's -- that will set your mind at ease, do an outstanding job, and offer advice that will keep your teeth in great condition. Last, New Image Dental is the only office I've had that takes the time to call and see how you're doing. - anonymous

after my apt
Dear Dr. Scott after a very lengthy conversation with my husband I have decided that I need the root canal yuck!!!!!!!! but with a lot of conversation I would like to wait on replacing my crowns at this point maybe some further review after we are closer to the year end of my insurance I really can not afford more work over my insurance???? you guys are great and I look forward to getting my husband there.... I have several other employees from my work that are coming to you:) you guys always make me feel comfortable (love the gas) or I wouldn't come...so I am going to get the one tooth taken care of... Just so you and Leslie know I have never gone to a dentist as long as I have gone to you guys. Also like I said I can't wait till I get my husband there as well. I just received a new crown on a back tooth at New Image. Dr Leslie and Erica were my team and they made the experience as enjoyable as getting a crown can be. My comfort was important to both of them and I felt that I mattered to both of them. New Image makes your crown right then and there, so only one visit is involved - which is great! - sarahk
