new image dental Covid-19 Procedures

What To Expect For Your Next Visit

Sterilization and cleanliness has always been a very important part of what we do here at New Image Dental.  The closure has allowed us time to prepare to practice dentistry in the current environment. We have implemented new protocols, procedures, equipment and software to ensure our office is safe for you and our staff. When you come for your next visit, you will notice the changes we have made here, and the changes we are asking you to make when you come to see us.

Specifically:

COVID-19 QUESTIONNAIRE — Ahead of your scheduled visit, we will send you a COVID-19 questionnaire that we will require you to send back before coming in. Please completely read and answer the questionnaire.
STAY IN YOUR CAR — We will no longer have patients waiting for their appointments in our reception area. We ask you to park and text or call our office when you arrive.
WE’LL MEET YOU — We will text or call you when we are ready and ask you to come to the outer door of our building, where a member of our staff will greet you and take your tempera-ture.
PLEASE COME ALONE — We ask that you come alone to your appointment as we are not using the reception area. If you have a necessary caregiver, please let us know before your visit so we can make arrangements.
WEAR YOUR MASK — Please wear your face covering when you come into the office.
PPE SURCHARGE — We have implemented a $20 PPE surcharge for every visit. This sur-charge is to help offset the additional PPE required to safely see patients again.
BRING A JACKET — We recommend you bring a jacket. The A/C in our office is on a lower setting due to the extra protective gear our team is required to wear.
BRING MUSIC - Many of you enjoy listening to music during your visits. We are putting our headphones away for now. Please bring your own headphones and music if you like to listen while you are here.

If you had an appointment that we cancelled due to closure, we will be in touch to reschedule your visit. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We have many patients who have had their appointments cancelled due to COVID-19 and we are working hard to get everyone rescheduled.

CANCELLATION FEE - If you have an appointment to see us and need to cancel, we require 72 hours notice so we can offer another patient the time reserved for you. We are doing our best to accommodate everyone and appreciate your understanding during this time. If we do not have 72 hours notice, we will charge a cancellation fee.

We are all looking forward to getting back in the swing of things. Our commitment to you and your oral health has not changed. We’re very grateful for you and look forward to seeing you soon.
